My objective is to give you the confidence required to chase your goals and the strength to succeed.
Having trained for events with a busy career and young family means I understand the challenges that life can create. I aim to introduce an approach towards training that is geared towards your needs and structured around your life with effective training sessions.
For me, discovering Triathlon was a very rewarding experience, from my very first event I was hooked. I was fascinated by a sport that enables the athletes to compete against each other, but at the same time chase their own goals and objectives. Whether you are at the front end of the race chasing the podium or looking to smash your previous best.
I am particularly drawn towards Iron distance triathlon, the challenges it poses and the sense of achievement upon completion.
It was a desire to improve performance that led me towards coaching and becoming a British Triathlon Federation (BTF) Level 2 diploma qualified coach.
Since becoming a Triathlon coach, I have found it very rewarding to see people reach their goals and objectives. Triathlon can present a variety of daunting challenges but, with the right approach, anything and everything is possible.
